UV DTF GANG SHEET ARTWORK RULES

ALL ARTWORK MUST BE SIZED AND READY TO PRINT BEFORE SUBMITTING.

Your gang sheet will be printed EXACTLY as it is submitted.

We do not:

• Resize individual designs

• Edit or modify artwork

• Remove backgrounds

• Correct spelling

• Improve image resolution

• Fix pixelated/blurry images

• Adjust colors

• Rebuild designs

Please double-check your entire gang sheet before submitting your order.

Screenshots are NOT recommended. Screenshots and low-resolution images may print blurry or pixelated.

Small lettering, very thin lines, tiny details, and extremely fine artwork may not transfer properly. Please make sure small elements have enough thickness for UV DTF printing and application.

For designs requiring a transparent background, artwork should be uploaded as a PNG with a transparent background.

300 DPI artwork is recommended for the best print quality.

Colors may vary slightly from what appears on your phone, tablet, or computer screen due to differences in screens, artwork color profiles, and printing.

IMPORTANT — UV DTF SURFACE COMPATIBILITY

UV DTF transfers are designed primarily for HARD, SMOOTH, CLEAN, NON-POROUS SURFACES.

Examples of commonly compatible surfaces include:

• Glass

• Acrylic

• Stainless steel

• Metal

• Ceramic

• Hard plastic

• Hard tumblers

• Other smooth, rigid, non-porous surfaces

UV DTF IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR:

• Soft or flexible plastic

• Thin/flimsy plastic cups

• Silicone

• Rubber

• Fabric

• Clothing

• Paper or cardboard

• Wood that is unfinished, porous, rough, or textured

• Textured surfaces

• Uneven surfaces

• Oily surfaces

• Surfaces with heavy coatings

• Items that bend, flex, collapse, or stretch during normal use

UV DTF transfers themselves are not designed to flex or stretch with a soft or bendable surface.

Applying UV DTF to a thin, flexible, flimsy, textured, porous, or otherwise incompatible material may cause the transfer to lift, crack, wrinkle, separate, or fail to adhere properly.

This does not indicate a defect in the UV DTF transfer.

Because we cannot test every product or blank available on the market, customers are responsible for determining whether their specific item is compatible with UV DTF before application.

If you are unsure about a blank, we strongly recommend testing one transfer on one item first before applying transfers to an entire order or batch.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Once your UV DTF gang sheet leaves our shop, we cannot control:

• The surface it is applied to

• How the surface was cleaned or prepared

• The application technique

• The amount of pressure used during application

• The type or quality of the customer-supplied blank

• Whether the item is hard, flexible, textured, porous, or otherwise compatible with UV DTF

• How the finished item is washed, handled, or stored

For these reasons, Bev's Crafty Studio is not responsible for damage, cracking, lifting, peeling, wrinkling, poor adhesion, or other application issues caused by improper application or application to an incompatible surface.

Successful application to customer-supplied products or blanks cannot be guaranteed.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. CLEAN THE SURFACE

The surface must be clean, completely dry, smooth, and free of dust, dirt, grease, oils, and residue.

Do not apply the transfer to a wet or dirty surface.

2. POSITION YOUR TRANSFER

Peel the transfer away from its backing.

Carefully position the design onto your item.

PLEASE NOTE: UV DTF transfers use a strong adhesive. Once the transfer touches the surface, repositioning may be difficult or impossible.

Make sure your placement is correct before pressing the entire design down.

3. APPLY FROM THE CENTER OUTWARD

Starting from the center of the design, firmly smooth the transfer outward toward the edges.

This helps reduce trapped air and bubbles.

Continue pressing until the entire design has made firm contact with the surface.

4. RUB/BURNISH THE DESIGN

Firmly rub over the entire design using your fingers or an appropriate application tool.

Pay extra attention to:

• Small lettering

• Fine details

• Corners

• Edges

Good, even pressure is important for proper adhesion.

5. REMOVE THE CARRIER FILM

Slowly and carefully peel away the transparent carrier film.

Watch the design as you peel.

If any portion of the design begins lifting with the carrier film, stop peeling, lay the film back down, rub that area firmly again, and continue peeling slowly.

Do not attempt to reposition the transfer after it has been applied. Moving or lifting an applied transfer may cause cracking, stretching, separation, or damage.

CARE & APPLICATION DISCLAIMER

Application results can vary depending on the blank, surface coating, texture, preparation, application technique, and handling.

UV DTF transfers are considered a permanent adhesive product and are intended for compatible hard surfaces.

We strongly recommend testing your specific blank before producing multiple finished items.

Application to an incompatible surface, incorrect application, or damage that occurs after the transfer has been successfully printed and supplied does not qualify as a defective product.

ALL UV DTF GANG SHEETS ARE CUSTOM-MADE AND FINAL SALE.

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM-PRINTED GANG SHEETS DUE TO:

• Incorrect artwork submitted by the customer

• Incorrect sizing

• Spelling errors in customer artwork

• Low-resolution or blurry artwork

• Artwork with unwanted backgrounds

• Thin or extremely small design elements

• Incorrect application

• Transfers applied to incompatible surfaces

• Damage caused while applying the transfer

• Customer dissatisfaction with an item/blank that was not supplied by Bev's Crafty Studio

If there is a verified printing defect with the UV DTF gang sheet itself before application, please contact us with clear photos of the transfer so we can review the issue.

Once a transfer has been applied to an item, we cannot guarantee or replace it for issues caused by the blank, surface compatibility, placement, application, or handling.

By purchasing a UV DTF custom gang sheet, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed the artwork requirements, surface compatibility information, application instructions, and policies listed above.
